Remember this photo I posted some days ago? Well I found footage of her performing for U.S. Troops in South Korea and I must say she was very alluring. I hope you enjoy it!
I’m a young guy,but I do have respect for the old school, particularly those who paved the way before us. I’ll give you an example: Dorothy Dandridge. In an era where African-Americans were regarded as second class citizens she possessed grace and elegance that not only made her stand out,Dorothy was in a class by herself! unfortunately in the 1940’s and 1950’s her star shined only so bright, only to be eclipsed by her White counterparts such as Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield.Dorothy died in 1965 of an embolism, but her legacy lives on: in 1999 actress Halle Berry portrayed the late actress in the HBO original movie Introducing Dorothy Dandridge in which Halle won an Emmy,Golden Globe, and Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.
