The Twilight Zone is to me on of the most influential science fiction shows in T.V. history. It’s look into the strange and unusual has people fascinated with this program since the 1950’s. The Twilight Zone featured a number of up and coming actors,William Shatner being among them. Before his legendary role as Captain James Kirk on Star Trek,he portrayed salesman Rob Wilson in the classic episode Nightmare at 20,000 Feet.

In the month of October,it seem that the strange, unnatural and unexplained occur. This is reflected in our pop culture in the form of movies, video games, novels, and of course television. There are many shows-past and present-that told stories of the supernatural, but few of them could compare with The Twilight Zone. It’s blend of horror, fantasy and suspense shocked and captivated audiences when the show debut in 1959.The show and its creator Rod Serling will live in both T.V. history and the pop culture mainstream as the innovators of science fiction.Submitted for you approval is an episode from the original series entitled “The Odyssey  of Flight 33”.
